JYTEK's PXI-68554 is 10-CH 16-bit timer /counter and digital I/O card, which provides 10 independent timers/counters and one cascaded 32-bit timer. The clock source of each timer/counter can be selected by software as one of the following sources: cascaded 32-bit timer output, external clock source, timer/counter output of the last channel or the onboard 8-MHz clock. The flexible structure makes it easy to reconfigure the hardware. For example, up to 10 timers/counters can be cascaded to one 160-bit timer/counter. Meanwhile, hardware interrupt can be generated from external interrupt sources or output of the 32-bit cascaded timer.

Programmable de-bounce filters provide 11 channels for external clock & external interrupt inputs, and these characteristics greatly improve the reliability of counting applications.
